About My Practice

Therapy is not just for those who have a problem to solve. Sometimes, there is no single reason someone seeks therapy and they are drawn to starting therapy because they have a sense that things could be better. The therapeutic process can help individuals adapt to new life circumstances and bring about meaningful change.

I use a multifaceted approach in my practice, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic modalities. I partner with my clients around their goals and help them implement tools in their daily lives that strengthen their resiliency and ability to better cope with whatever they are experiencing.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges including:

  • Life transitions

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Diagnosis of a life-changing or life-limiting illness

  • Caring for a loved one experiencing illness

  • Grieving the loss of a loved one

  • Job loss or career changes

  • Relationship or family conflict
