New Clients
If you are interested in scheduling a new client appointment, please email.
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to prospective clients. This allows us to discuss your current challenges, what you hope to accomplish in therapy and to ensure that I am a good fit for you and your goals.
Current Clients
If you are a current client that would like to contact me or reschedule an appointment, you can either email, call or use my secure online client portal to message me or reschedule your appointment.
Fees
60 minute initial session - $200
50 minute individual therapy session - $175
All fees are due at the time of session or upon invoice. I offer secure online payment options through my client portal.
Insurance
I am currently an in-network provider for Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise. I offer courtesy billing for other insurance companies which means I will submit for out-of-network coverage on your behalf once you have paid the session fee, however, I cannot guarantee any out of network sessions will be covered.
It is your responsibility as a client to understand your co-payment and deductibles responsibilities, as well as any changes to your insurance at the time of services.
It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to understand their reimbursement options and requirements. If you would like to contact your provider to see if your benefits would cover working with me, some questions to ask include:
What is my coverage for an in or out-of-network provider?
What is my deductible for mental health services?
What percentage of my therapy fees are covered?
How many therapy sessions do I have per year?
What forms do I need to fill out to file for reimbursement?
If I am not an in-network provider with your health insurance company or you choose not to use your health insurance for sessions, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate. This estimate will include a proposed treatment frequency, service codes, diagnostic codes and expected charges. Additional services may be recommended. The estimate of your costs is only an estimate, and your actual charges may differ.
